- News Record-breaking 6th edition of the Diversity IN Check survey The 6th edition of the Diversity IN Check survey, which each year assesses organisations’ maturity in diversity and inclusion management in Poland, has set a new record. Out of 119 organisations taking part in the survey, 79 employers qualified for the list. This shows that more and more companies treat DEI as part of strategic management and organisational culture. As the YES to Disability Foundation, we are especially pleased that many of the recognised organisations are taking strategic action to support the employment and inclusion of persons with disabilities.
- News Hybrid workshops for Procter & Gamble Poland At Procter & Gamble Poland, the inclusion of persons with disabilities is already part of the culture — built on empathy, accessibility and equal opportunities. That is why, at the P&G Gillette plant in Łódź, we were able to move straight into hybrid workshops for leaders, focused on managing teams diverse in terms of disability and ability. We talked about accessibility, everyday communication, competencies, recruitment and reasonable accommodations — both at a strategic and practical level.
- News “Bank with a Mission” 2026 — we have selected the winners The results of the Złoty Bankier 2026 ranking were announced on Friday, introducing a new category: “Bank with a mission”. This category recognises banks that treat social responsibility, inclusion and accessibility as a real part of their business strategy — not just a declaration. We are especially pleased that Agata Robińska, President of our foundation, was invited to join the jury and assess the banks’ inclusive efforts — including their approach to disability inclusion.
- News 1,400, 6,500 and 25,000 people? Meet the impact of the “FullAbility” programme at Lidl Poland Last year, we joined this programme without hesitation, seeing that Lidl Poland is doing everything to make diversity part of everyday reality — not just a slogan. The goal of the first stage was broad, comprehensive inclusion education, reaching the entire team across Poland.
- News Another “Breath for Moms”. A day filled with feminine energy. On International Women’s Day, we once again had the pleasure of welcoming our friends at Solar Company — a beautiful tradition we look forward to every year. This special space for Moms was created by Aleksandra Daniel and Patrycja Bednarowicz. As always, the atmosphere was warm, heartfelt and deeply feminine.
- News Going global. With ILO Global Business and Disability Network and the Zero Project Say YES to disability! With this message, we met in Vienna with the ILO Global Business and Disability Network and the Zero Project (ILO GBDN). We began our stay in Vienna with a meeting dedicated to the future of an inclusive labour market. We co-created this space as representatives of the ILO Global Business and Disability Network in Poland. Agata Robińska, President of our foundation, led a workshop for representatives of international organisations affiliated with ILO GBDN – organisations that work together to strengthen the presence of people with disabilities in business.
- News We Are Co-Creating the 6th Edition of Diversity IN Check Once again, we are proud to serve as a substantive partner of the 6th edition of Diversity IN Check, conducted by the Responsible Business Forum (Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu) under the Polish Diversity Charter. For us, this is both a distinction and a responsibility. Especially as Agata Robińska — President of the YES to Disability Foundation – has joined the Expert Council of the study. Applications are open until 23 February 2026.
- News "Employer who says YES" Program for PGE Group Together with PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna, we prove that a culture of openness can be more than a declaration. Our partnership shows how to build long-term, responsible inclusion practices in a large organisation — in a structured and measurable way. The nearly year-long “Employer who says YES” program combines team education, competence development, and real support for employees. It includes educational materials, webinars, training for HR and management, as well as support in obtaining disability certification. This is a systemic approach to building an inclusive workplace culture — not a one-off initiative, but a long-term commitment.
- News We have received recognition in the global Beiersdorf – Care Beyond Skin initiative. We are proud to share that our work has received international recognition as part of the global Beiersdorf – Care Beyond Skin initiative. The purpose of this initiative is to support causes that truly matter – and one of its three key pillars is the inclusion of persons with disabilities. For us, this recognition is a clear signal that consistent action toward a more inclusive labour market truly makes a difference. Education and a shift in perspective lead to real, measurable change.

We are proud to introduce the remarkable Women on YES who have recently joined our Foundation or taken on new roles. They are diverse, experienced, sensitive, and deeply wise — and fully committed to advancing our mission of an inclusive labour market. Some of them live and work together with disability, and every day they show that what defines us is not limitation, but potential and the courage to grow.

Our joint project with Leroy Merlin Polska, “Designing Space Without Barriers,” has received the Diversity Charter (Karta Różnorodności) Award in the Partnership category. This recognition confirms that collaborative action for accessibility and diversity genuinely makes a difference.
