Meet the Women who say YES. Diverse, wise, and wholeheartedly devoted to our mission.

We are proud to introduce the remarkable Women on YES who have recently joined our Foundation or taken on new roles. They are diverse, experienced, sensitive, and deeply wise – and fully committed to advancing our mission of an inclusive labour market.

Some of them live and work together with disability, and every day they show that what defines us is not limitation, but potential and the courage to grow.

Here they are:

  • Monika Lisiecka – Chair of the Foundation Council. A leader of inclusion who combines experience with wisdom and calm. Always by our side when we need her.

  • Krystyna Włodarek – Vice-Chair of the Foundation Council. A mentor who changes perspectives on visual disability. She brings powerful insight and inspiring energy.

  • Justyna Stankiewicz – Legal Counsel. Precise, competent, attentive, and always fair. She ensures that we operate responsibly and in full compliance.

  • Annamaria Kaliszczak – Inclusive Recruitment & Relationship Specialist. A natural communicator with a head full of ideas. Her presence always brings clarity – and a smile.

  • Joanna Ślebioda – Mentor and Educator. A true force of nature with extraordinary energy. She challenges and dismantles stereotypes about disability.

  • Marlena Florczyk – Polish Sign Language (PJM) Interpreter. She brings Deaf culture closer and opens the world of sign language to others. She signs for us with heart and dedication.
