“Employer who says YES” Program for PGE Group

News
Four people sit at a conference table wearing VR headsets, experiencing neurodiversity. In the background there is a wall with the PGE logo.

Together with PGE Group we prove that a culture of openness can be more than a declaration. Our partnership shows how to build long-term, responsible inclusion practices in a large organisation — in a structured and measurable way.

The nearly year-long “Employer who says YES” program combines team education, competence development, and real support for employees.

It includes educational materials, webinars, training for HR and management, as well as support in obtaining disability certification. This is a systemic approach to building an inclusive workplace culture — not a one-off initiative, but a long-term commitment.

As part of the program, we have already visited four PGE companies, delivering events from the series “Power of Diversity – Change Your Perspective.” Employees went through eight experiential stations, exploring different types of disabilities and gaining insight into everyday workplace barriers. You can see this inclusive journey in the photos.

As Justyna Moritz, Director of the Marketing and Advertising Department at PGE, says:

“[…] At PGE, we believe that diversity is strength and inclusivity is the foundation of a modern workplace. Each of us can be a leader of change that begins with a simple step: understanding and acceptance. That is why, together with the YES to Disability Foundation, we are implementing a program that shows disability at work is not a limitation, but an opportunity — to break down barriers, discover talents, and build a culture based on openness.”

We thank PGE for their trust, openness, and readiness to build real change.

This is what the path looks like toward becoming an employer who truly invests in diversity and accessibility — in practice.

Let’s stay on YES. Together. ❤️
