Record-breaking 6th edition of the Diversity IN Check survey

The 6th edition of the Diversity IN Check survey, which each year assesses organisations’ maturity in diversity and inclusion management in Poland, has set a new record.

Out of 119 organisations taking part in the survey, 79 employers qualified for the list. This shows that more and more companies treat DEI as part of strategic management and organisational culture.

As the YES to Disability Foundation, we are especially pleased that many of the recognised organisations are taking strategic action to support the employment and inclusion of persons with disabilities.

We also appreciate that the disability perspective is present among the experts involved in developing the survey. This important aspect has also been brought to the survey for years by Agata Robińska, President of the YES to Disability Foundation.
