We Are Co-Creating the 6th Edition of Diversity IN Check

Once again, we are proud to serve as a substantive partner of the 6th edition of Diversity IN Check, conducted by the Responsible Business Forum (Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu) under the Polish Diversity Charter.

For us, this is both a distinction and a responsibility. Especially as Agata Robińska – President of the YES to Disability Foundation – has joined the Expert Council of the study.

Applications are open until 23 February 2026.

Employers seeking a comprehensive assessment and ranking of their strategic approach to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) are invited to join the next edition. It is a unique tool on the Polish market, enabling an objective evaluation of the maturity and advancement of DEI practices.

Why Diversity IN Check Matters

Diversity IN Check is one of the most important tools in Poland for diagnosing organisational maturity in diversity management and inclusive workplace culture.

Since 2021, it has been conducted by the Responsible Business Forum in cooperation with an independent research institute – PBS Sp. z o.o..

Regardless of sector or size, each participating organisation receives something unique: an objective picture of its workplace compared to Polish DEI leaders.

Since 2021, Diversity IN Check has served as a national benchmark. In 2025, a record-breaking 104 employers participated, with 75 organisations qualifying for the 5th List of the Most Advanced Employers in Diversity & Inclusion in Poland.
