“Bank with a Mission” 2026 — we have selected the winners

The results of the Złoty Bankier 2026 ranking were announced on Friday, introducing a new category: “Bank with a mission”.

This category recognises banks that treat social responsibility, inclusion and accessibility as a real part of their business strategy — not just a declaration.

We are especially pleased that Agata Robińska, President of our foundation, was invited to join the jury and assess the banks’ inclusive efforts — including their approach to disability inclusion.

As she said:

The “Bank with a mission” 2026 title was awarded to ING Polska.

The jury recognised the consistency of its actions, their long-term approach and their tangible social impact. What stood out were solutions addressing real needs and challenges — not just building image — as well as credibility, consistency and the quality of initiatives.

Special distinctions were also awarded to mBank for combining modern banking with initiatives supporting customers and their safety, and to Bank Millennium for its consistent, long-term social commitment.

Congratulations — your mission is an inspiration to the entire financial sector.
