Diversity Charter Award for Our Joint Project with Leroy Merlin

We are proud and truly delighted to share wonderful news. Our joint project with Leroy Merlin Polska, “Designing Space Without Barriers,” has received the Diversity Charter (Karta Różnorodności) Award in the Partnership category.

This recognition confirms that collaborative action for accessibility and diversity genuinely makes a difference. What makes this distinction especially meaningful is that the award was granted by public vote.

Thank you to everyone who supported our initiative – every single vote mattered.

We extend our sincere thanks and congratulations to the entire Leroy Merlin Poland team who co-created this project with passion, openness, and commitment. In particular, we would like to thank Monika Kita, Corporate Communications Leader and Anna Choszczewska, Senior Talent Acquisition Expert – for their leadership and engagement.

Together, we have shown that “space without barriers” is more than a slogan. It is proof of what can be achieved through true partnership.

We hope this project will inspire other companies to join us in building more diverse and accessible environments – including from the perspective of disability inclusion.
