We are proud to support the professional internship programme for individuals with Down syndrome at Many Mornings under the slogan "Don't judge, get to know!" People with Down syndrome often face barriers in the job market. Many Mornings aims to showcase their potential, individuality, and determination.

What should we pay special attention to when welcoming a person with a disability on board? The key is to gradually build an inclusive organizational culture. How to approach this? Where to start? Additionally, many employers do not recruit people with disabilities. They fear special needs or requirements and the necessity of appropriately adapting the workplace. Is this justified? Is hiring a person with a disability always a significant challenge and requires costly preparations?

- News From margin to mainstream: disability in business at the ILO GBDN conference This year’s International Day of Persons with Disabilities had a truly international feel — thanks to our participation in the annual ILO Global Business and Disability Network conference, held on 27–28 November in Geneva. The theme: “From Margin to Mainstream: Disability in Business.”
- News A busy month of saying YES to disability inclusion The past month has been full of activity for the YES Team — and every action we took focused on promoting disability inclusion. We put a strong spotlight on our new report about reasonable accommodations link, while continuing to support companies on their journey to becoming "Employers who say YES".
- News We received the title of 2023 Initiative of the Year for the “Breath for Moms” project We’re deeply moved to share that our project “Breath for Moms” was honoured with the title of 2023 Initiative of the Year — an award recognising the most impactful community initiatives in Poznań. The project offers moments of rest and relief to mothers who provide full-time care for their adult children with disabilities. We’ve already held 20 “breaths” — from a trip to Pol'and'Rock Festival, to an evening with the Hrabi comedy group, to musical theatre, cinema outings, beauty treatments, and many other unforgettable moments with these amazing women.
- News NEW REPORT: Reasonable accommodations in the workplace for people with disabilities Reasonable accommodations are fundamental to creating diverse teams. However, more than half of employers with experience working with people with disabilities are unfamiliar with this concept. Similarly, 71.7% of employees with disabilities have never encountered this term. These findings come from our latest report, "Say YES to Disability - reasonable accommodations in the workplace for people with disabilities", based on a nationwide survey. The report was made possible with the support of Santander Bank Polska, Orange Polska, the Embassy of the United States of America, and other partners, to whom we extend our sincere thanks.

Included therein are the 10 principles developed by the ILO Global Business and Disability Network – a practical framework for managing disability in the workplace in a strategic and comprehensive manner. We also talked to experts, employers, and people with disabilities themselves.
- News “Let’s say YES to disability” – three powerful webinars for inclusive employers We invited employers, particularly those from HR, DEI, CSR, and ESG departments, to participate in three inclusive and diverse "YES Webinars". During these sessions, we shared best practices for integrating people with disabilities and inspired attendees to build diverse teams. These webinars were organized under the patronage of the United States Embassy as part of the ILO Global Business and Disability Network, which we represent in Poland. Hosted by Agata Robińska, president of the TAKpełnosprawni Foundation, the webinars featured experts who are also individuals with disabilities, sharing their professional experiences.
- News Over 500 EY Poland employees joined our webinar on disability facts and myths YES, it's true! More than 500 EY Poland employees participated in our webinar, where Agata Robińska, president of the foundation, and Krystyna Włodarek, our trainer and a blind individual, discussed facts and myths about disability. We are grateful to everyone who joined us that day. The energy, empathy, openness, and active participation were truly remarkable. We learned so much from you!
